HELLO, I HAVE HAD MY ESA STOPPED A SECOND TIME AND I NEED TO SEND A LETTER OF RECONSIDERATION TO THE DWP BUT I CAN'T FIND AN ADDRESS. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE ADDRESS OVER THE PHONE FOR SOME REASON AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD RING BACK WITHIN THREE TO FOUR DAYS. IT SEEMS THAT THE RULES HAVE CHANGED AGAIN, CAN SOMEONE HELP, MANY THANKS, JOHN.
