ESA Tribunal was created by CATHY
My son has cerebral palsy and we are having to go to Tribunal to get his ESA back. We wondered if it worth paying for an independent physio assessment as we don't agree with the medical professional assessment- ESA85.
Any help /thoughts would be welcome

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

The obvious question would be whether you can find someone who can carry out an assessment that deals with the ESA physical tests, a general assessment will certainly be useful but it requires the panel at the hearing to understand how it fits with the ESA criteria, this may be easy but it may also be difficult for them.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Thanks, Gordon.
i am having problems finding a neuro physio who is willing to see him and write a report so it might be a non-starter any way.
