Had my mobility benefit stopped prematurely as being completely mobile and 12 months ago I was on high rate. My situation is getting progressively worse as my GP has told them.
My question is what other benefits will this stop? I get enhanced or guaranteed pension credit, I think DLA but not sure about my Council tax, help with car tax etc. And it leaves me with not much to pay bills.
I went to a Tribunal in 2017 and got a good result which was supposed to last until August 2019 so this is a shock anyway. I don’t understand how they misinterpret what I say but they lie.

There are too many variables for me to answer.

You say you have lost your Mobility award, did you have a Daily Living award? Was it removed as well?

If you have no Mobility award then you are no longer entitled to a reduction in your Car Tax. The DVLA have not made any definitive statement about how claimants need to deal with this situation but your car not being properly taxed can mean that your insurance is invalidated.

As to your Pension Credit and Council Tax, all I can suggest is that you put your information into one of the online benefit calculators, this should give you an indication of any issues.
