Dla to pip was created by Carol

I though people over 65yrs would not be asked to transfer from dla to pip, my brother is 69 yrs and he has been informed us will have to claim pip since he can no longer remain on dla. Is this correct?

I'm afraid that is not the criteria, any DLA claimant, on the UK mainland, who was under the age of 65 on 8 April 2013 will be invited to claim PIP even if they are over the age of 65 when the invitation is made.
