Atos Phone Call Before PIP Home Visit was created by Asbo

Hi
Could anyone tell me why Atos would phone me a week before my home visit? Is this usual? They've left a message on my phone for me to call them back but I have specifically requested not to be phoned but to contact me in writing. It alarm me being phoned. Thanks

Yes, but they have plenty of time to write. I can't cope with it being changed. I had to fight for this home visit as it was and have arranged for my enabler to be there and she is very busy

It was just to ask me for ID but why couldn't they have put that in a letter, when I asked for any communication in writing? :angry:
