Does the fact that I have received more than one letter saying that they have received all the information that they need to make a decision indicate that they have received more than one report or that capita may have changed the report?
I've had 3 of these letters and have now been declined Pip but the original assessor's report recommended PIP and I am now wondering if there has been an updated report and need to request the updated report.

There will only be one report, it's possible that they asked for clarification on its contents or why the assessor has not favoured some of your evidence over their observations but I would not expect this to result in the letter being sent again, best guess is that someone or something has triggered it printing again.

Thanks for that I called them and have been advised there is some sort of additional report that was sent by Capita in response to the letter I sent querying that no mention is made of my Autism and mental health conditions in their report. Said she would get it sent straight out so I am now awaiting this before doing a Mandatory reconsideration.
From the new decision, it looks like they have rewritten the whole report. DWP decision letter states I have no mental health problems even though I am taking anti-psychotics and am seen several times a month by the MH team. My mental health does have an effect on the PIP areas such as socialisation and finances etc.
When I get this additional info, am I able to approach Capita regarding the report, to get them to send the correct information or is it all now MR only?
