Hi

Has anyone had experience of the time it takes to get a decision after sending a ESA3 form back. Mine's has been over 3 months from when they received it.

From what I have seen here and on other forums the time can be extremely variable, some have heard in a week and others significantly longer.

Three months is longer than I would expect so try giving the DWP a ring for an update. I'm not sure how much information the ESA call centre will have as the project is being done by a specially set up team of Decision Makers.

Thanks Gordon for the reply.

I have a direct number for the office dealing with my Back payment case, now bear in mind this was sent back first week of November 2018.

When I called the person said it had been sent to the dept for a 'probability calculation'.

So I am completely in the dark.
