Dear Sir/ Madam,

I was recently awarded the PIP standard rate for Autism Asperges.

I have requested a mandatory reconsideration on the 14th of January ,2019 because the PIP assessment did not reflect on how my disability and what transpired in the assessment.

I recently received a request to participate in the IFF Research survey on behalf of the Dwp.

I would be grateful if you could provide advise on the IFF Research Survey conducted on behalf of the Dwp.
