If you get an SMS from the DWP saying that " We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. We will write to you once we've made a decision on your PIP. As a guide you should hear from us within 6 weeks." Does it mean that you do not have to attend a face to face assessment and that a paper based assessment has been made regarding your claim?

It is still possible that the DM may reject the report but this is quite unlikely, so the next thing you should hear about is the Decision.
