Hello all,

We are going round in circles, trying to get a clear answer if my son can still receive his UC at the higher rate of disability if we spend time or moving to European mainland?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

He can be absent from the UK for up to one month without it affecting his UC but he cannot export his UC permanently.
