Can anyone tell me if my companion at my PIP assessment will need to give their name and address?
They are disabled themselves and are worried that they will be accused of being able to do more than they actually can.
If that makes sense??
Thank you in advance x x

They may need to provide their name for security and health and safety purposes but there should not be any requirement for an address.
