Likelihood of another PIP appeal?

Thank you all, I suspected as much.

However, perhaps it would be useful as Ellen said to present them with the previous Tribunal decision if my new claim is rejected, if nothing has changed (and I doubt it will).

Hello Ellen. I'm interested in your post about the UC. I lost my first Appeal in January. I wish I'd have fought on and gone to UC too.

I've just reapplied for PIP. I'm waiting for the claim form.
