I had my pip assessment yesterday but I'm now a little worried, my ex partner who I have children to wrote a letter to help towards my claim but only stated hes seen how bad I am during a hypo and on my low days ,the thing that's bothering me is at the end of the assessment the assesor asked me if anybody else helped me which they dont only my family do you think this was a trick question

If you have stated the help you get in the form then I would not worry.

You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim in a couple of days.
