Hi,
I received a letter notifying me of a telephone call regarding a telephone interview to take place next week.
I'm in the support group and have been since I was diagnosed with MS 9 or 10 years ago. I don't know if this is because I'm a self-employed writer or if someone has complained.
After checking my tax form for last year I had a profit of under £4k, working out at approx £63 a week.
Should I phone them and declare this or is it best to wait for the call? I only work a few hours a day due to fatigue I have to sleep during the afternoon.
Any idea on what the best course of action would be.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Have you told the DWP that you are doing this work? Whilst it may be covered by Permitted Work you do need to inform the DWP.
There may also be issues with averaging any income, the DWP may not agree to spread it across a whole year and in any week where you earned more than £131.50 a week (from April 2019) your ESA is not payable.
