Hi Sir

the assessor report has mentioned many times (the medicine are working when taken). so it is accepted that pain is intense but medication working. Please provide info why assesor repeat it in descriptions and how we tackle this point.

Hi Jama

It is impossible to give you a definitive answer here, but from what you have said the assessor is saying that the medication you are taking has a positive impact on your health and I suspect it is in the descriptions to show that despite being in pain, the medication allows you to do some of the tasks laid out in the questions.

If you are challenging an assessment report your primary task is to show that you meet the criteria, there are many reasons you may have failed, you need to address each of these but don't get bogged down in criticising the assessment report unless you can clearly show that it is incorrect, it is a lot easier to argue the facts of the situation;

"the assessor recorded that I walked 50m, I did but they have failed to document that I had to stop every 10m for a rest due to breathlessness"

than their opinions

"based on my observations of the claimant walking I believe that they can reliably walk more than 200m.
