Hi has anyone any advice my daughter is in the support for 3 years and now has to undergo the assessment again, she has a learning disability which is uncharted and will not change, does anyone have any advice

In terms of your review, I would read through our guide for advice on how to complete your form. Even if your daughter's condition is unchanged - don't just tick the boxes and write 'unchanged'. You still need to explain each answer.
