PIP1 Form was created by Crazydiamond
When a claimant makes a claim for PIP by telephone and the questions asked replicate the PIP1 form, is there any hard copy documentation sent to the claimant (perhaps a PIP1) for verification and signature?

They did when PIP was first introduced but no longer do unless there are issues with the content.

Thank you for your prompt response.

it seems odd that an official claim form no longer requires a signature. How things have changed since I last worked for the DSS, the predecessor to the DWP, when a document was not valid unless it was signed by the claimant!
