Have sent for a MR as mobility got reduced although my points went up for distance walking it was based on I do a familiar driving journey short journey now and again... But unfamiliar not a chance plus she did point out I had massive panic attack whilst there my points gt dropped on DL too as said zi could engage face to face didn't have much choice nd I was at home any ideas?

Hi Rainy
The first stage to challenging a Decision is for you to request a Mandatory Reconsideration and it sounds as if you have already done this.
It also sounds as if you have a copy of the assessment report.
Your primary task is to show that you meet the criteria, there are many reasons you may have failed, you need to address each of these but don't get bogged down in criticising the assessment report unless you can clearly show that it is incorrect, it is a lot easier to argue the facts of the situation;
"the assessor recorded that I walked 50m, I did but they have failed to document that I had to stop every 10m for a rest due to breathlessness"
than their opinions
"based on my observations of the claimant walking I believe that they can reliably walk more than 200m.
In terms of challenging what she said regarding face to face, you need to show that in different circumstances why you would be unable to do this and any distress this might cause you. Just be aware that if you are driving somewhere, assumptions might be made about where you are going and is there any engagement at the end of these journeys (in shops, doctors, etc) so you will need to counteract this if it is an issue.
