If one of the main reasons for you not being able to go out is regular blackouts does this come under going out or moving around? I think its under going out as it has the most effect on this part of life but reading others information it seems it should be under moving around? thank you
You should be able to argue that you cannot follow a route safely, you will need to explain how often these blackouts occur and what causes them, you need to be affected on the majority of days.
