Dla to pip after retirement age was created by Lyn Maddox
I have been told that my dla is being stopped and invited to apply for pip. I am 66 years and female. Is this correct? I thought I'd had enough of this awful system before being awarded my higher rate care and mobility in 2013? Surely they don't think that after retirement any of my conditions are going to have improved? Can anyone advise me what to do. Many thanks. Lyn

I'm afraid you meet the legally defined criteria to be invited to claim PIP all you can do is complete the form in as much detail as you can and provide evidence in support as you can.

See our PIP Claim guide for assistance with the form.
