Hi I got a form to fill in from 19-04-13 to 8-05-14 - related to possible underpayments.
Why are they asking just those dates if they will only backdate to Oct 2014? What is the point?
As it happened I was on contribution incapacity benefit and DLA - I was still with my husband at that time, so would not have been entitled - we separated end of March 2014, so it is confusing they have asked for this information - if I was entitled it would have been just April to May 8. Which wouldn't be paid given the October cut-off date

I'm afraid I can't comment on the dates that the DWP have asked you to provide information for but it will be based on your entitlement to Income Related ESA.
