Mundane question, but my wife currently has her monies paid into one account but wants to close that and open another. Obviously, the DWP will need to be informed. I've looked at all our letters, and I'm not sure which address is best to write to. Is there a specific address for payment changes?
She needs to contact each department dealing her benefits, the addresses will be on the Entitlement Letters she should have received earlier in the year.
