I’m really panicking about my ESA renewal. As previously explained my GP is not being helpful. My regular GP is on mat leave. Should the unthinkable happen
And I’m told I’m fit for work do I still get paid whilst it goes to mandatory then perhaps tribunal. My claim award in 2016 was decided with no f2f. I was moved from wrag to support. However my medical letters were written in 2015 with one in 2016. Which I resent with my latest esa50. Do u think I might have to have medical? given esa 113 from gp will say she doesn’t know me well enough to know how I live my life. I also had pip review medical in jan where I was granted both care and mobility at standard rate. This is so stressful. Thanks

I'm afraid those assessing you will not be aware of your PIP award.

The chances are that you will have to attend a face to face assessment.
