I have appealed the PIP decision online but think I didn't fill out the reasoning as in depth as I should of, wish I'd found this site earlier. Should I send in a full 'what you are appealing against' letter where more in-depth reasoning is given?
I was still reeling after the MC was turned down as the case worker had called me and whilst on speakerphone with other people with me said she was horrified at the original assessment and what had clearly been left out and she felt I would get at least standard on care...then when notification came it was unchanged.
Yes, you can provide a submission with additional testimony and evidence, I would start preparing it now but wait until you have received the DWP's submission to send in your own.
