Dear benefits and Work
Re adults and olders for transit

Are there any persons on the forum or that the mods knowor cases of persons who have transitioned over from DLA to PIP with a Paper Based transition only ? (not reference the 6 month terminal conditions.)
If so was it those on both highest rates of DLA
or have there been other situations.
Particular conditions and the like, or if any what where are the circumstances.?

I thought I read recently somewhere a Govt report? that they were planning more paper based.
Though having looked at another B and W item a few months ago that had statistics it showed that more than 50% of transfers got less PIP mobility award than they got on DLA so to cut costs it would not be want the government would want to do, they would want to put most through to appeal knowing some would drop out with exhaustion and stress.

Yes, there have been claimants who have been transferred from DLA to PIP without needing a face to face, having the highest rate of DLA will not help as the criteria for this does not exist in PIP.

You would need to show that you meet the criteria with certainty and that there is no variation in your conditions.
