I'm afraid I cannot agree with the person that you only need to include information about your eyesight, this will be a full review of your claim, almost certainly by people who were not involved in your recent assessment.
You cannot assume that those looking at your claim will have any access to your previous reviews or even if they do, that they will actually read this information.

Thank you Gordon . I will send in my complete 1st application as well , just to be sure. My claim is less than 6 months old so I hope some common sense is being applied. Will my current claim stop whilst they look at it again?
