I'm sorry if I've duplicated this question

I am awaiting my tribunal decision, as they were too busy to give it me on the day.

On a gut feeling, I don't think it went well.
It was a judge & doctor. They talked over me & rather than impartial, they were generally disinterested & very hurried. I was not allowed to ask anything, only answer.

I know I've to wait for my decision. But, what is there after the tribunal ( if you think those attendance were "unfair"?
Thanks

Obviously hoping that it does not go that far, but if your appeal is unsuccessful then you cannot appeal further because you disagree with the Decision, you can only do this if you can show that there was an Error of Law in the proceedings.

What is an Error of Law?

Also, you will not receive the ESA assessment rate while appealing to the UTT.

Come back to the forum when you have your Decision and we'll go from there.

Decision received today.
Oh my days.

Awarded 15 points in total (not bad from zero)
Therefore put into the work related activity component.

Words cannot express my gratitude in all of your help during this process.
Your guides were in my opinion crucial in my obtaining the points that I required
I hope others follow the advice that you give it really is worth while

Suzi

Well done, I know from my own experience how intimidating a Tribunal can be.
