Hi. I had my tribunal hearing yesterday. It was rushed as they were an hour late but they gave me 24 points and have put my in the support group under reg 35 and not to reassess me for at least 12 months from yesterdays date.
Thank you all so much for your answers and support. It is still all sinking in.

Hi M,

A successful conclusion to a very long "fight" for you !!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Well done for persevering !!

So they did apply ESA Reg 35 in the end !!

I think all the Mods were getting to know your case so well that we were about to put you on our Xmas Card mailing list !!!!!

Take a well deserved rest for now, and look forward to any back pay owed.

It could take up to 8 weeks for the DWP to action the Tribunal's decision.

Please keep us updated !!
