I think my ESA is wrong. £248.75 per week as a single person getting DLA. It's the £123.70 because you and your partner are severely disabled is making me wonder.*-

They issued me £781.79 for 8th June to 29 June. That right?

Thanks

By my calculations you should be receiving

£73.10 - Personal Allowance
£29.05 - Work Related Activity Group
=====
£102.15

If receive DLA HRC or PIP Enhanced Daily Living then the Enhanced Disability Premium would be payable.

£102.15
£15.75 - EDP
======
£117.90

You might also qualify for the Severe Disability Premium which is £61.85 if you live alone and no one gets Carers Allowance for you.

But I cannot get to £123.70 and no where near to £248.75.

If anybody else wants to have a go, please feel free :)

Living expenses. £73.10

Extra money because you and your partner are severely disabled- £123.70

Disability Income Guarantee- £ 15.75

Support group- £ 36.20

That is the award letter. Rather worrieed about that backdated payment!

Hi C123,

What does it say in your Decision Notice letter that leads you to believe that you are in The SG ?

Hi C123,

Yes, I have just read your post in your other topic : Here

Your two topics now seem to have a common thread.

You need to clarify which group you are in by ringing ESA :

THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA. (Open 8AM-6PM. Mon-Fri.)

They should have the info on screen.

You also need to clarify whether you have to fill in and return the ESA50 to : The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) (Maximus) who took over the ESA WCA Contract from ATOS on 02/03/15.

There seems to be conflicting facts here.

Just to add.

Your DLA or PIP only gives you Limited Capability for Work, this only entitles to the WRAG rate not the Support Group, that is why an ESA50 has been issued to see whether you should in fact be in the SG.
