No points at all...it seemed to be decided before even going in to be honest and unfortunately because his symptons are not visible, but the doctor barely asked any questions at all. They were running late and into lunch...

we also supplied the consultants letters from the Brain injury unit in London where we have been going and also he has a significant sleep disorder where he is under Guys hospital

It's important that you understand that an appeal to the UTT is not a further opportunity for you to make your son's case, this is about whether the Decision was made legally, is understandable and based on the evidence that was presented.
