I checked the email address that you posted and it is definitely the Tribunal Service, the DWP do not accept information via email.

ok thank you, Gordon, for your help I wonder when I should get in contact with them as I really would have thought by now it would of all been sorted it's a long time and it was 2017 this all started not March 2016 as I said before. Thank You

I know it is frustrating but you need to wait the month, if you are lucky the DWP will abandon their appeal and put your award into payment before then.
