The Dressing and Undressing activity has three Descriptors which each score two points, one because you need prompting to dress or undress, one because you need assistance from another person to dress and undress and lastly, one because you need to use an to help you dress and undress.
I am wondering if it would be easier for you to score the two points for using an aid rather than needing the assistance of someone else.
