PPS I've also added quotes from his Psychological Therapist as proof of his anxiety...
"His Psychological Therapist explicitly states that Robert has "significant generalised anxiety" and that "during periods of high anxiety or rumination (which are frequent) he stays in his bedroom for lengthy periods and will not eat"."

Hello,
You cannot show him how to cook. For example he cannot judge when something is cooked and he gets too anxious if you try to show him. Plus he has great difficulties with motor planning and sequencing, i.e. he cannot cope juggling the various activities.
