The regional appeals court is Cardiff, not sure how busy they are.

The tribunals are sending me back copies of some of the stuff I sent them and saying they have passed it on, but not all of it. For example, I sent a new copy of my care plan as in the appeal bundle it had become separated and didn't make sense.

I'm not sure why they are just sending bits of it. I suppose it could be the care plan was in the bundle as well, so DWP will have a copy.

Do you think that's why they are just sending some of it? I'm a bit confused.

If you think that information that you have sent is missing then chase the Tribunal Service, as you have opted for a Paper hearing there will be no chance to correct any discrepancies later.

I think I can see what is happening. They are copying the important stuff such as my submission and a letter in which I point out significant errors in the bundle. They had also numbered these so they are part of the appeal.

I suppose it is in case the DWP wish to respond to these things. Anyway the most important information is copied etc so that is the main thing.

At the Appeals stage, is it the decision maker who is sent the copies at the DWP or would it be someone else like a case manager?

Thanks.
