Guys we all know how much work you put into the best benefit advice forum I know, considering you are all both voluntary and have your own disabilities, I would probably agree with most of the replies andsay keep it as it is.

However, maybe a couple of hours on a Saturday would b good for people who tend to get very stressed once the dreaded brown envelopes appear, and maybe cut the night hour ones down, maybe even just extending the hours in the afternoon to an xtra hour.

Depending on capabilities evening shifts may be tough on you guys but only youse know what suits.

I do agree with having posts checked before they appear on the forum as it stops abuse of the site.

Whatever is decided youse do a great job thanks

I agree with previous posts about maybe adding a couple of hours on a Saturday but otherwise keep things as they are. It works brilliantly and is greatly appreciated by all.

Best Wishes

Hi

I am more than happy with the forum as it stands. I like the way that the posts are pre-moderated as it stops timewasters and trolls. Personally I would perhaps like a Saturday session as the dreaded brown envelope often appears on the doormat at the weekend. And waiting until Monday can be very nerve-wracking.

That said though I appreciate that the mods generously give up their time for free and have health issues and families of their own so I don't want to appear as though us members are being selfish. The forum is offered as a courtesy and is not part of the membership fee.

If the evening sessions are more or less busy than the afternoon ones perhaps that could be looked at and maybe cut short on one occasion, or missed out so that a Saturday session could be included instead. Otherwise I am happy with things as they stand.

And like everyone else would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to all the mods and everyone else involved at B&W. Thanks for all your help and hard work. Where would we be without you?

When I read this thread yesterday it concluded with a long message from a modulator for whom, I think, all members have the utmost respect. The modulator suspected that the post might be deleted. Even so, I’m shocked to find that such a wise statement has been trashed.

I’d just like to repeat that I’d be very unhappy about the prospect of a forum that was unmodulated for much of the time.
