Hi b72,

Yes, you can !!

As long as you copy the exact address as it is written on the pre-paid return envelope that they sent to you !

See these FAQ's :

ESA50 too big for the envelope

&

Sending Documents to the DWP or Maximus. (aka CHDA, aka HAAS.)

Hia can I send a letter that my specialist sent my gp about my admission to itu, I only ask becouse the problem is its dated february of last year as that was the last time I was admitted for my seizures, I have obviously had lotsmore since then. The receptionist at my gps typed me off a report path local record but only states up to August of last year as its got history of being in accident and emergency over the past few years is this also worth sending dont think they are my medial records though thanks.

Hi b72,

Yes, you could send a copy of it. (always keep originals)

If nothing else it will show that your conditions is chronic and you are admitted to hospital due to your conditions..

There is nothing wrong with sending older evidence as long as you make it clear that your medical conditions remain unchanged or have deteriorated since the date of the evidence !

Thanks

Hi b72,

All that you need to worry about is posting it in good time to arrive at the return address provided by close of business on the deadline date.

As long as it is signed for as delivered to that address by the deadline, you have fulfilled your obligation.

It is not your responsibility to worry about how longs it takes to arrive at the correct department/office after it is delivered to the return address.
