Sorry Gordon, but still not to sure wich office to send my further evidence to as really not sure which office is dealing with my claim, the last letter I had was from Wolverhampton, or do I just send it to the address that's on that letter thanks. Also it's been 8 weeks since I sent my esa50 form off and it's still with the health advisory doctors to see if I need to go for a face to face appointment is this a good thing that I'm waiting so long or is it the norm, I'm waiting to be transferred from sda so I'm still getting my money at present, thanks

It's entirely up to you, you can always wait until you are assessed to confirm that the information that you have asked to be included for the assessment actually has.

It will depend on the award made after transfer and your personal circumstances..

Your SDA will be transferred to Contribution Based ESA, they will then calculate how much ESA you are entitled to based on your circumstances, if this is more than the ESA(CB) payment then you will receive this as an Income Related ESA top-up, they will then compare this to your payments of SDA and IS and if the new total is less than what you were receiving before the transfer then you will receive a Transitional Payment to make up the difference.

Factors that will affect payment of any ESA(IR) will be which group you are placed in, whether you are entitled to any ESA Premiums and whether you are married or not.

ESA(IR) is equivalent to Income Support.
