I asked for all info from when I went on to IB in 2010 up until this September. It says I may get more paperwork from different departments. All that was in this bundle for my two ESA applications was that one piece of paper from my transfer and the medical report from August this year where I was found fit for work. There was no PIP info in this bundle.

Hi M,

Without going back through your previous posts, I cannot recall when you made an application for PIP, and if you have actually received a decision on the PIP application.

If you have not yet received a decision on PIP, this could be why you have received no PIP documentation.

Did you actually make a request for the PIP documentation, as well as the ESA Docs in your SAR ?

I posted on here about my two attempts at applying for PIP. It is now currently 5 weeks since I asked for a MR of my current claim. I received 4 points for daily living and 4 points for mobility each time. This last time I have used your guides and sent in detailed reasons why certain descriptors should apply. Around 7 pages worth.

Thanks for the clarification regarding PIP,

That just leaves the question of whether you actually requested the PIP Docs, as well as the ESA Docs.

Further, PIP Docs may be coming from a different source to the ESA Docs.

Sorry. Yes I ticked the PIP box too. Do you think I should of received more info regarding my ESA claims. As all I have received is,
ESA85A form which is one piece of paper. From changing from IB to ESA a couple of years ago.
ESA85 medical report which was done in August this year and I was found fit for work.

Hi. Looking at the medical report I got in one of the SAR bundles. It says that the evidence review includes the ESA50, Med 3 and specialist letter. The last sick note I have on the system is from 2001 surely she can not be referring to that.
