Ok will do ? Do you think the decision maker will look at it quick then ? I've sent one to maxims and DWP

That will depend of the workload of The ESA DM Team in the office that you sent the ESA50, etc to.

If I go ahead have the face to face will it be based on the one I sent recently or still last year ? And if I don't write the cover letter will they base the decision on recent form ?
