Technical help

How to change your details

You can change your email address, password and forum name on the site.

To do so, first log into the site, then either follow this link:

http://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/component/users/profile

You will be taken to your Profile page.

Click on the Edit profile button.

Make any changes you wish to make and then click on the Submit button.

You are not able to change your Login/Username that can only be changed from this end. Please contact us if you wish to have this changed.

The newsletter comes out from a separate mailing list. You can change your details for the newsletter by clicking on the Unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of every newsletter.

Alternatively, just type your first name and new email into the newsletter sign-up boxes and you will be sent the newsletter at that adress.

Check when your subscription ends

If you log into the site and then click on this link:

https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/subscriptions-history

You will be taken to your subscriptions history, which will tell you when your current subscription ends.

Newsletter not received

The newsletter is free. You can sign up for it by entering your first name and email address in the sign up box at the top left on most pages on the site.

If you have signed up in the past then it may be worth signing up again as sometimes email addresses get deleted if the newsletter bounces due to a temporary fault with a server or similar problems. If you discover that you still have a valid subscription to the newsletter then it would be worth checking your spam folder to see if they are being sent there by your email programme.
