New Claim

Well I have received my decision from my F2F with Atos Standard care and standard mobility and to be honest I thought I would of received the enhanced mobility.
Let me explain.
During the questions which all seemed leading questions the HP never followed a point system on the computer but seemed to memorise from practice.
Near the end he asked me how far I could walk which I replied up to 15 mts though I stated on my pip1 20 to 50 and emphasized that I really struggle.
A C/C was submitted 6 weeks prior to my F2F saying that my osteoarthritis had changed to severe and was now under a cardiologist for angina.
I don't think this has been taken into consideration and I am consider-en asking for a
mandatory consideration.
What do the mods think?
Thanks

Based on your post
I stated on my pip1 20 to 50
This would result in 10 points, not the 12 need for the Enhanced rate.
As a general rule, Decision Makers tend to assign statements made first as being more accurate than those made later, so, and this assumes that your comment at the assessment was recorded, your form will be taken as having more authority than what you said at the assessment, and both of these will be prioritised over any statement you now make in regard to an MR.
This does not mean that you cannot establish a reason now why they have not interpreted your form correctly, but you will have to work harder now, so you will need to investigate this area of your PIP form to see whether you have properly explained your limitations in the context of doing them "reliably".
Even if you originally used our PIP Claim guide, I would recommend returning to it to see if you can better explain your limitations in walking.

I contacted DWP today and after going through a couple of security questions I asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration
All he said was someone will contact me in the next five days so for the next five days I will be trawling B & W with a fine tooth comb so I can explain in the right manner.
thanks B & W for all the info at the moment.

There is a guide to the PIP MR and Appeal process in the members area.

The very next day the DWP contacted me and asked what were the reasons for the MR. after explaining that I thought the HCP had not even taken into consideration the extra evidence I had presented on the day of the F2F and did not even look at them.
After 3 weeks I received a telephone call from a lady in the Liverpool dept of DWP saying that they had received my back up letter as well as an updated report from Atos and have reconsidered my case and have changed it from standard to enhanced mobility
Thanks to this wonderful site and all the mods for there advice I will continue to check in and hopefully pass a comment.
Once again thanks.
