Hi, wondering if any one could help, My client recently was found fit work on a ESA review medical 23/01/14. She was on work related group and now has to claim JSA. This is having a huge impact on her already fragile mental health I was made aware yesterday about ESA reveiw medicals no longer being applicable after 20/01/14 Is there any truth in this. I would appreciate some advice please Many thanks.
