ESA deferral was created by Lawson
Hello all
Re: the information in the newsletter regarding the (unanounced) deferral of repeat ESA claims. Does this mean that if you are due to receive a new ESA50 form to complete(i.e. April) it will be deferred for 2 years or is it only when you get to the F2F assessment stage? Was transferred from IB to ESA support group without medical and have degenerative condition. Would appreciate your help on this.
Thanks guys - you do a great job in providing hope and guidance
