DLA form april 2013

Hi would be very grateful for some advice please.

I am on indefinite award of higher rate care and mobility since 2008. I received a letter 2 days ago asking me to complete a new DLAform to see if I am on the right level of benefit. This has to be completed by the 21st april.

The form is DLA April 2013.

I thought it would be PIPS form and wondered why it is a dla form ?

Hi Jane

It sounds like this is a Right Payment Programme form which can be sent out to any DLA claimant even if they are on indefinite awards.

As you're on an indefinite award, it could be 2015- 2016, or even later before you are invited to claim
to claim PIP, as they are so behind with new PIP claims.
