Carers credit. was created by weymouth321
Hello, I would like to know whether one is still obliged to attend the work focased interviews when
claiming ESA I/R WRAG Group and Carers Credit; 20 hrs per week ? And any such dates for the Work Programme ? I have accrued 40 yrs National Insurance stamps, to date. Many Thanks, J .

The only exemption to WFIs is the Upper Age Limit. See
Work Focussed Interviews
and I am afraid, as far as I can see, the Carers Credit does not exempt you from Work Related Activity, only Carers Allowance and/or the Premium will do this.
It may be possible to negotiate deferment or telephone WFIs and reduced WRA with the JC+ advisor, but any allowance will be entirely at their discretion and subject to change without notice.
