hi, when I have looked at dla help guidance before it told you how many points were awarded for each set of questions. Does this guidance form still exist on here. I am in the middle of filling in a change of circumstance for dla personal care for my boyfriend. He has been sent the old style dla form and not pip. many thanks

I think you are confusing DLA with ESA or PIP, DLA is not points based.
