Thanks to the fantastic advice from the people on this site my sister has just won her ESA appeal. Thanks to everyone for all their help.
She has been recommended by the tribunal not to be seen for 24 months. Does this mean she will be able to stop attending the work program or will she have to continue attending?

Congratulations but you don't say which group she has been put in and the forum has just closed?
If it is the WRAG then she will still need to attend the Work Programme.
If she is in the Support Group then she does not need to attend the SP, but should expect her former WP Provider to continue to chase her, she should refer them back to the JC+.
