Congratulations on Mum's SG award !!
As she has been successfully transferred over from IB/IS to ESA, she will be covered by Transitional Protection.
In that, she cannot receive any less than she was receiving previous to being transferred to ESA, although one may receive more :

IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s As The SG decision notice letter does not include the prognosis, (the recommended period before reassessment) you should be able to obtain the prognosis by ringing the telephone number on the letter. They should have it on-screen.
