it seems that they have stopped my sons Esa as they discovered he had been working on as a contact for a local club taking telephone bookings for 6 hours a week from his home. What does he need to do ? He is not really up to this challenge. He has bee in a state and thought that they now realised his circumstances How long will they refuse his ESA? What will happen now?
I thought he was doing Permitted Work?
If the work has not been agreed or is outside of the PW rules then he needs to make a choice, do the work or claim ESA, if he stops the work then he should be able to make a rapid reclaim of ESA providing it is within 12 weeks of his award being stopped.

He needs to phone up and make a new claim for ESA but he must make it clear that he is re-applying within 12 weeks of his previous claim being closed and that the two are therefore linked, this should excuse him from having to complete a new ESA1 and going through the assessment phase.

As Andrew had completed a new esa 50 will they use this information to decide which group he should be in? This form was very complete and i believe would have won him a place i n the support group. Including so much information regarding his Epilepsy being dangerous to him and others and his inability to leave the house because of uncontrollable bowel until afternoons.

He should be placed back into the WRAG as a result of the reclaim, the reassessment process will carry on in parallel to this until a new Decision is made on his claim.
