PIP didn't go in today.

Went to bank as yesterday was the day my pip should have been in and it wasn't in. I contacted the esa dept as I wasn't sure who to contact and they said I have to inform them esa that I have been awarded pip and they are sending me a form to fill in as my benefits entitlement may change for the better? I do get confused easily and realise I should have notified pip dept. What I'm wondering is what form will esa be sending me please?

As you rightly state, you should have contacted PIP regarding your PIP payments not arriving in your Bank :

If you are in receipt of a PIP Daily Living award, you may also be entitled to The Severe Disability Premium (SDP) as an Income Related (IR) ESA top up to your ESA :

ESA Premiums

The form that they send you will most probably be an ESA3 Form which is purely a financial assessment form and nothing to do with which ESA group you are in.

It will assess you with respect to capital, assets, savings, household income and any hours worked by a partner if you have one to see whether you are entitled to IR ESA Premiums.

Asset rule for ESA(IR)

24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)

If you are not entitled to IR ESA, then you cannot receive any ESA Premium payments, even though you may have an entitlement to them.

I get both parts of the esa contributions already. So I'm lucky in that respect. Thank you for the pip numbers.

Judy, I'm afraid I'ma little confused by this statement Please can you explain what you mean by this?

I get half contribution and half income esa. Apparently I am eligible which is good for me.

If not an ESA 3 Form, ( Sample ESA 3 Form ) it may be an : IS10 Form which is used for entitlement and payment of The SDP.
